A process method for synthesizing poly(butylene succinate-co-butylene adipate) (PBSA) using biomass creatinine as the primary catalyst. The method uses succinic acid, adipic acid and 1,4-butylene glycol as the raw materials, and adopts the effective complex catalyst system consisting of biomass bionic organic guanidine creatinine compounds (the primary catalyst) and ortho titanate esters (the cocatalyst). The present invention has the following characters: the catalytic efficiency of the two-component catalyst system is high, and the amount of catalysts used is less and is only one ten-thousandth to one ten-millionth of the starting monomer added, and thus greatly reduces the residue of catalysts in the PBSA polymer, improves the heat stability of the materials, broadens the application range thereof in the fields of food, medicine and agriculture, and reduces the production cost.
