HISTOGRAM OF ORIENTED GRADIENT-BASED DISPLAY PANEL DEFECT DETECTION METHOD

摘要

Disclosed is a method which combines image feature extraction and a classifier model, and intends to realize accurate, fast and automatic detection of defects of a display panel. According to a display panel image acquired by an industrial camera on a detection device, a histogram of oriented gradient of the image is calculated to serve as a feature vector for describing the image and also serve as an input sample to train a classifier model so as to identify whether a defect exists on the display panel.
