A hydraulic control system of a fully-hydraulic drill type coal mining machine comprises a drilling system, a walking system, a propulsion system and an auxiliary system. The drilling system is controlled in a closed-loop manner by a load-sensitive variable pump and an electro-hydraulic proportional valve (7), the system pressure and the flow can be automatically adjusted on the basis of load changes; and the drilling speed and the position of a drill rod can be controlled in real time. The walking system and the drilling system share one variable dual-piston pump (5), and the complexity of the system and the space of the system can be effectively reduced. The propulsion system adopts a speed-regulating valve (23) to regulate the speed and the propulsion speed is adjusted according to the operating condition to realize the cut of a drilling machine in maximum efficiency. The auxiliary system can achieve the support of a working platform of the drilling machine, the slope adjustment of the platform, the conveying of the drill rod and the clamping of the drill rod, can adjust the working angle of the drilling machine, and can position the drill rod when the replacement of the drill rod is completed. The drawbacks that the oil circuit of the hydraulic system of an existing hydraulic drill type coal mining machine is complex, that the accurate control of the drill rod is difficultly achieved, that the efficiency of the system is low, and that the auxiliary work and the replacement of the drill rod take long time, are solved.
