The present invention relates to an apparatus for ovarian cancer diagnosis and a method for providing ovarian cancer diagnosis information. The apparatus for ovarian cancer diagnosis according to the present invention comprises: an input unit for inputting mass spectrum data of low-mass ions detected from a biological sample; and a diagnosis unit for determining ovarian cancer diagnosis information with respect to the mass spectrum data, input by the input unit, using a first ovarian cancer diagnosis low-mass ion group, wherein the first ovarian cancer diagnosis low-mass ion group comprises at least one low-mass ion of 21.1873, 37.0311, 37.5142, 37.7989, 38.6222, 84.8716, 147.1669, 171.4024, 175.1585, 188.8544, 190.7493, 230.0197, and 709.7879 m/z (provided that the error range is ±0.1%).
