The system comprises: a plurality of first radio frequency identification electronic tag devices (2) with address codes indicating positions thereof in a swimming pool and distributed on the bottom of the swimming pool in an array manner; a wearable second radio frequency identification electronic tag device (3) having an exclusive identification serial number and at least including a water pressure detection sensor for judging whether to be at a drowning state, the second radio frequency identification electronic tag devices (3) separately performing radio frequency identification with the first radio frequency identification electronic tag devices (1) on the bottom of the swimming pool, and the address code of the first radio frequency identification electronic tag device (1) with the strongest radio frequency signal being used as an address code of the position of the second radio frequency identification electronic tag device (2) in the swimming pool; and at least one wireless signal acquisition device (4) performing wireless communication with the second radio frequency identification electronic tag device (3) and capable of sending the address code of the position of the second radio frequency identification electronic tag device (3) in the swimming pool to a control terminal (5).
