The present invention provides a medication history management method in which a server device (12) sends and receives information to and from a medical facility terminal (10) and a patient terminal (11), and thereby manages a medication history. The medication history management method includes: a step for generating random number value information on the basis of a random number value information request received from the medical facility terminal (10); a step for causing a prescribed storage unit to store the random number value information and causing the medical facility terminal (10) to display the random number value information; a step for receiving, from the patient terminal (11), random number value information input with the patient terminal (11) and patient identification information stored in the patient terminal (11); and a step for, when the random number value information stored in the prescribed storage unit and the random number value information received from the patient terminal (11) match, reading medication history information corresponding to the patient identification information from the prescribed storage unit, and causing the medical facility terminal (10) to display the medication history information.
