The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing kimchi seasoning and kimchi, and is a technology which proposes the applicability of various farm and marine products in Jeju. More specifically, since a damselfish is a health food which contains high calcium, protein and minerals, the effects thereof are increased when combined with kimchi. The Korean Wave, the worlds largest trend, recently sheds new light on kimchi as one of the best Korean foods; and kimchi is also being touted as one of the world populations top 10 health food, and has been registered in UNESCO as kimchi-making. Therefore, the value of kimchi is recognized in the world market not only as a food culture but also as a representative living culture of Korea with the significance of cooperation and harmony, along with being recognized as a health food. The trend in which kimchi has become popular and diversified is regarded as the Korean Wave. Therefore, kimchi containing damselfish, which is nature-friendly, has an intrinsic value as a high-functional health food.
