The present invention relates to an atopic dermatitis animal model for measuring a differentiation direction of a T helper cell, which is antigen-specific, and a screening method for selecting an atopic dermatitis control material using the same. An NC/Nga mouse, known as an existing atopic dermatitis animal model, could not clearly check an antigen-specific immune reaction with respect to a certain antigen. However, the atopic dermatitis animal model according to the present invention can check that a T cell having an antigen-specific TCR is expressed by backcrossing an OVA antigen-specific transgene (TCR transgene) to the NC/Nga mouse, and introducing the same. Accordingly, when using the animal model and the screening method of a differentiation direction of a T helper cell of the atopic dermatitis control material using the same, the differentiation direction of a T helper cell of a certain immune booster can be exactly analyzed. Since an effect as an atopic dermatitis medicine can be clearly checked, the animal model of the present invention can be used for a more effective atopic dermatitis medicine development.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
