The present invention relates to a method for extracting ursolic acid from apple pomace with high efficiency by sequentially hot water extracting and alcohol extracting apple pomace, and to a food composition comprising ursolic acid extracted by the method as an active ingredient, capable of producing a high added value by increasing usability of apple pomace mostly disposed after manufacturing an apple pomace juice.
