The present invention provides a primer set for multiplex diagnosis of lily viruses including Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Lily mottle virus (LMoV), Plantago asiatica mosaic virus (PlAMV), and Lily symptomless virus (LSV), and a virus multiplex diagnosing method using the same, wherein the primer set includes a primer pair represented by sequence number 1 and sequence number 2, a primer pair represented by sequence number 3 and sequence number 4, a primer pair represented by sequence number 5 and sequence number 6, and a primer pair represented by sequence number 7 and sequence number 8. The primer set according to the present invention may simultaneously diagnose four kinds of lily infection viruses at once, so time and costs spent in diagnosing viruses may be reduced. Accordingly, economical feasibility is ensured and contribution may be made to the production of virus vigorous bulbs seedlings.
