The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an additive-free roasted bean snack and an additive-free roasted bean snack manufactured by the same wherein raw soybeans are softened by a method of treating the raw soybeans in a condition with high temperatures and high pressure to pop the soybeans and the insides of the soybeans are completely heated. A roasted bean snack product manufactured by the method of the present invention does not have ingredients harmful to a human body as the roasted bean snack product is manufactured by using only soybeans, has excellent taste and flavor as unpleasant taste of the beans (soybeans) is removed by a special heating and pressurizing treatment, has crispy texture, does not cause stomachache even when a person eats the roasted bean snack product too much as the inside of the roasted bean snack product is completely heated, maintains the crispy texture even when the roasted bean snack product is stored for a long period of time at room temperature, has a very long distribution period, is not hard but soft, and thus is a healthy food that anyone can enjoy without hesitation.
