According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of carbon aerogel for adsorbing carbon dioxide, doped with nitrogen by using a carbon precursor and a nitrogen precursor, thereby creating a high added value which can be applied in various fields such as a nanomaterial (vehicle, subway, aircraft, submarine, etc.) for adsorbing indoor carbon dioxide at low concentrations or the like, due to high selectivity with respect to carbon dioxide (an object to be removed), repeatable regeneration, and improved adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide.
