The present invention relates to a photothermal biosensor for measuring cortisol and a C-reactive protein, a measuring apparatus and a method of the photothermal biosensor and, more specifically, to a photothermal biosensor for measuring stress comprising: a palladium resistance temperature detector (RTD) disposed on a substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the palladium RTD; a gold thin film layer disposed on the insulating layer; and a cortisol-BSA (cortisol combined with bovine serum albumin) layer disposed on the gold thin film, wherein the resistance of the palladium RTD depending on temperature of the cortisol-BSA layer changes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
