The present invention relates to a production system drought map for Northeast Asia. The system includes: a moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) satellite data receiver unit which receives the MODIS data from an external storage medium and an external electronic device; and a control unit which generates hydro-meteorological factors with the received MODIS data, calculates net radiant energy with the generated hydro-meteorological factors, calculates the actual evapotranspiration with the calculated net radiant energy through a revised remote sensing Penman-Monteith (RS-PM) equation, calculates the potential evapotranspiration with the calculated net radiant energy through a Priestley-Taylor algorithm, calculates a drought index by dividing the calculated actual evapotranspiration by the calculated potential evapotranspiration, and generates and outputs a drought map reflecting the calculated drought index.
