APPARATUS FOR MULTI-RESONATORS FOR CHIPLESS RFID TAGS AND THE CODING METHOD THEREOF

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for coding a multi-resonator of a chip-less radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag includes the processes of: etching multiple resonance patterns on a ground plate which is a conductive plate; attaching a conductive tape on at least one of the resonance pattern among the multiple resonance patterns; and coupling the ground plate to the back surface of a dielectric plate having a dielectric constant, and coupling a waveguide signal line having conductivity to the front surface of the dielectric plate. The method enables the multi-resonator to be compact, be mounted on the back surface of a substrate, and be easily coded by attaching a conductive tape on the etched ground surface for coding.
