The present invention relates to a method, an apparatus, and a system for managing activity information of a social network service (SNS) based on a digital image in a wireless communication system. More specifically, the method for managing activity information of a social network service based on a digital image by a user terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving a digital image for uploading to the SNS and specific life classification item information corresponding to the digital image from a user of the user terminal; transmitting an activity information management request message including the input digital image and the specific life classification item information to an activity information managing server; and receiving an activity information management response message including the digital image, the specific life classification item information, and an activity information management result in response to the activity information management request message from the activity information managing server.
