A small wind power generation system performing a sensorless fuzzy maximum power point tracking control using an SMR circuit is disclosed. The small wind power generating system comprises: a switched-mode-rectifier (SMR) circuit which includes a diode rectifier receiving 3-phase alternating current from a permanent magnet synchronizer, a switch connected to both ends of the diode rectifier, and a diode having an anode connected to one end of the switch; and a fuzzy control unit which performs a fuzzy control on the basis of a difference value between a current power value of the permanent magnet synchronizer and a previous power value of the permanent magnet synchronizer and varies a duty ratio of the switch to track a maximum power point.
