The present invention relates to an advanced wastewater treatment technology for removing nutrient salts. More specifically, the present invention provides an advanced wastewater treatment system comprising an anaerobic tank (100), a membrane separation aerobic tank (200), and a capacitive deionization tank (300). In addition, the anaerobic tank (100) of the present invention comprises a carrier; the membrane separation aerobic tank (200) comprises an aerobic tank (210) and a membrane separation tank (220); and the capacitive deionization tank (300) has a transfer device which transfers condensed water by capacitive deionization (CDI) into the anaerobic tank (100).
