Disclosed is a mobile game server, system and method for promoting corporate social responsibility activities via a game point donation and reward in in the game, and more particularly, a system and method by which a game user executes a game stage, thereby acquiring a point, converts the same into the point in kind then donates the point in-kind after selecting a donation from a donation list database, stores the users donation status database according to the donation, integrates the database with an SNS and is rewarded for the goal the user achieved via executing the stage, thereby promoting corporate social responsibility activities. To this end, the present game server comprises: a stage state unit that stores the state of executing the game; a goal and reward management unit that establishes the goal of the game and stores the current status of rewarding and the game users achievement; a point management unit that manages the game point; and a point-in-kind conversion unit that converts the game point in kind that can be actually donated. In addition, the present invention further comprises: a donation management unit that manages the donation the game server transmits; a selection step via which the game user selects from the donation list database a recipient the user wants; and a storing step via which the game user stores the status in the users donation status database, which forms a structure that gives back to society the time value the user consumes in the mobile game and leads the game user to participate in corporate social responsibility activities by helping the user conveniently experience the donation, informing the user of such corporate social responsibility activities so that the user would be behind and participate in the activities, thereby ameliorating the effectiveness of the corporate social responsibility activities.
