Disclosed are a ship disaster evacuation system interlocked with a portable terminal comprising a disaster evacuation application for ship emergency situation and a driving method thereof. The disaster evacuation system for ship emergency situation includes: the portable terminal (100) installed with an application to deal with a ship disaster; a disaster management device (200) which provides safety status information of a ship in real-time, and provides disaster evacuation information according to a disaster situation, in case that the disaster situation (one of fire breakout, ship collision, stranding and submerging) of the ship occurs due to an external factor or an internal factor; and a disaster monitoring server (300) which is provided with the safety status information and the disaster evacuation information from the disaster management device (200) in real-time, and transmits the safety status information and the disaster evacuation information to a public office related with ship navigation management and the application for ship disaster. The disaster monitoring server (300) provides the safety status information and the disaster evacuation information generated from start point to finish point of sailing of the ship.
