Disclosed are a wireless power transfer system for transferring power to a medical implant device, a medical implant device for wirelessly receiving power, and a method for wirelessly supplying power to a medical implant device. The method for wirelessly transferring power to a medical implant device wirelessly induces a second current to a receiving resonance coil included in a power receiving unit through resonance based on a first current which flows in at least one transmitting resonance coil included in the power receiving unit; and charges a power unit of an implant device based on the second current. The first current is determined on the basis of a position of the implant device and a charging status of the power unit. A resonance frequency can be controlled on the basis of a level of the second current.
