The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating liver disorders, comprising a fermented soybean product generated by using Bacillus subtilis subsp. inaquosorum, as an active ingredient. The fermented soybean product generated by using Bacillus subtilis subsp. inaquosorum of the present invention inhibits hepatic fibrosis by having alpha-SMA expression inhibiting activity, thereby having advantages of preventing, alleviating or treating liver disorders.
