The present invention relates to a finger exercise device for rehabilitation treatment and, more specifically, to a finger exercise device for rehabilitation treatment which enables a patient, who is required to perform a finger rehabilitation exercise, to effectively perform the finger rehabilitation exercise by elastic force when the patient performs the rehabilitation exercise of repetitively closing and opening hands, thereby helping the rehabilitation exercise. The device of the present invention comprises: a finger insertion unit inserted around the fingers of a wearer; an elastic cover body having elastic force and covering the back of a hand and the upper sides of the fingers of the wearer in a state of being connected to the finger insertion unit; an elastic fixating unit formed to wrap the wrist of the wearer in a state of being connected to the elastic cover body; an elastic connection body formed on the palm of the wearer in a width direction in a state that both ends are connected to the elastic cover body; and a counter reaction member installed on one side of the elastic connection body to count the number of exercises in response to pressure on ends of the fingers around which the finger insertion unit is inserted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
