Disclosed is a culture pocket storage assembly by which a culture pocket is easily moved, stored, and loaded. A culture pocket storage assembly according to the present invention includes a culture pocket in which a storing part capable of storing a culture medium is formed, and a rack which houses the culture pocket. The rack includes: a first case on which the culture pocket is mounted, and in which plural first vent holes are formed; a second case which is positioned on the top of the first case to cover the culture pocket, and in which plural second vent holes are formed; and a coupling part fixing the first case and the second case. The present invention is capable of promoting the safe movement of the culture pocket by mounting the culture pocket on the rack, helps in the uniform culture of bacteria or cells as well as the convenience of a worker by forming loading protrusions and corresponding protrusions on the culture pocket, thereby easily storing and loading the culture pocket in a culture system. Further, the present invention not only maintains bacteria or cells in a healthy state for a long time, but also improves culture efficiency, thereby contribute even to the mass production of cell themselves or products produced by the cells, by smoothly supplying oxygen required in the growth of cells through the first and second vent holes formed in a gas permeable film and a rack that are used in manufacturing the culture pocket, and smoothly exhausting harmful gases in the culture pocket to the outside.
