The present invention relates to a marsh clam extract extracted using a proteolytic enzyme and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a marsh clam extract which is extracted using a non-pressure extraction method capable of steam circulation, after adding a proteolytic enzyme to marsh clams that are not ground and breaking down proteins of the marsh clams, and then adding water in which the marsh clams are boiled, and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method may comprise: a marsh clam preparation step of preparing marsh clams by debearding and washing the same; a proteolytic enzyme addition step of adding 0.8 to 1.5 mL of proteolytic enzyme with respect to 100 grams of the marsh clams prepared by being debearded and washed in the marsh clam preparation step; a marsh clam protein breakdown step of breaking down proteins of the mash clams by stirring the marsh clams, to which the proteolytic enzyme is added in the proteolytic enzyme addition step, at a temperature of 45 to 60C for 3 to 5 hours; a marsh clam extract manufacturing step of adding at least one of purified water or marsh clam boiling water to the marsh clams in which proteins are degraded in the marsh clam breakdown step, and extracting an extract of the marsh clams in which proteins are degraded, in a non-pressure extraction method capable of steam circulation; and a marsh clam extract filtration step of filtering out suspended solids and foreign substances of the marsh clam extract extracted in the marsh clam extract manufacturing step.
