The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a CZTS-based thin film solar cell and a CZTS-based thin film solar cell manufactured by using the method. The method for manufacturing a CZTS-based thin film solar cell comprises: the step (step 1) of forming a back surface electrode on a substrate; the step (step 2) of re-crystallizing the back surface electrode by radiating an energy beam onto the back surface electrode of step 1; and the step (step 3) of forming a CZTS (Cu_2ZnSn(S,Se)_4) optical absorption layer on the back surface electrode of step 2. In accordance with the method for manufacturing a CZTS-based thin film solar cell according to the present invention, an effect arises in that an interfacial compound which may be formed between the back surface electrode and a CZTS-based thin film can be suppressed by re-crystallizing the back surface electrode, and thus the flow of holes can be improved by reducing a back surface electrode barrier and a fill factor can be improved by series resistance of a device, thereby improving the efficiency of the overall device. Furthermore, an advantage arises in that the re-crystallization of the back surface electrode is performed via an energy beam at a low temperature, and thus a substrate capable of improving the characteristics of the optical absorption layer, such as a soda lime glass substrate, can be employed.
