The present invention relates to a preparation method for far-infrared ray emitting cooking oil containing minerals, and cooking oil prepared thereby. More specifically, the method comprises the following: a mushroom spawn culture fluid preparation step for preparing a mushroom spawn culture fluid; a culture medium preparation step for preparing a culture medium for mushrooms; a mushroom cultivation step for inoculating the culture medium with the mushroom spawn culture fluid, and cultivating the mushroom; a mushroom pulverization step for drying the mushroom cultivated from the mushroom cultivation step and pulverizing the same; a mixing and fermentation step in which the pulverized mushroom from the mushroom pulverization step is mixed with cooking oil and allowed to ferment; and a filtration step for filtering out solid matters from the mushroom extract mixture produced in the mixing and fermentation step. The preparation method for far-infrared ray emitting cooking oil containing minerals comprising the above steps, provides the cooking oil that contains minerals and a mushroom extract emitting far-infrared rays, and thus contains an abundance of nutrients and has various health benefits.
