According to the present invention, a high efficiency nutrient solution recirculation system for a plant factory comprises: a waste nutrient solution tank collecting and storing a waste nutrient solution discharged after being used in a water culture from a bed for culturing; a filtering unit including a first filtering unit having a filter filtering a floating material in which a particle size included in a waste nutrient solution supplied from the waste nutrient solution tank exceeds 1 m, and a second filtering unit having a filter filtering a floating material in which a particle size included in the waste nutrient solution passing through the first filtering unit is 1 m or less; a microorganism treating unit generating a nutrient solution purified by sterilizing a microorganism included in the waste nutrient solution passing through the filtering unit; a nutrient solution tank storing the nutrient solution passing through the microorganism treating unit to be purified; a controller controlling the waste nutrient solution tank, the filtering unit, the microorganism treating unit, and the nutrient solution tank; a connection pipe pipe-connecting the waste nutrient solution tank, the filtering unit, the microorganism treating unit, and the nutrient solution tank; and a circulating pump connection-installed in the connection pipe to circulate the waste nutrient solution and the nutrient solution through the connection pipe. As described above, the high efficiency nutrient solution recirculation system for a plant factory according to the present invention, is capable of removing 95% or more of a floating material included in a waste nutrient solution and removing 99% or more of a microorganism. When the nutrient solution recirculation system for a plant factory is adopted to the high efficiency nutrient solution recirculation system plant factory for a plant factory according to the present invention, a waste nutrient solution is collected and re-used to prevent a waste nutrient solution from being discharged so as to prevent water and soil pollution, and the use of water, a fertilizer, and the like is reduced to reduce production costs of a crop.
