The present invention relates to a low impact development (LID) efficiency verification system of a multi-functional porous pavement facility. More specifically, various LID techniques to be verified are constructed in a concrete box which does not allow water infiltration and then paved on a bottom surface of a parking lot. Water infiltrated into the constructed concrete box is used for rainwater management and verification of the facility using a monitoring box to maintain test standard consistency whenever installing a pavement technique by the nonporous concrete box. Surface water, middle infiltration water, and bottom infiltration water in the parking lot pavement can be managed and examined to accurately and efficiently verify and manage rainwater in a real scale with respect to the LID technique for the parking lot.
