The present invention relates to a glass shaping apparatus and a glass shaping method using ultrasonic vibration and laser-induced backside wet etching. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the cracking of the shape edge by exciting a metal ion electrolyte using ultrasonic waves while the shape is indirectly processed through a reaction of a laser beam and the metal ion electrolyte on a glass backside, thereby smoothly removing shape remainders and bubbles generated at the time of laser processing. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a solution storage tank for storing a metal ion electrolyte, which is rapidly expanded through instant evaporation by a heating reaction with a laser beam to melt a lower surface of glass to be processed; a glass fixing jig for allowing only the lower surface of the glass to be immersed in the metal ion electrolyte stored in the solution storage tank; a jig fixing arm for supporting the glass fixing jig to allow the lower surface of the glass to be immersed in the metal ion electrolyte stored in the solution storage tank; an ultrasonic excitation machine installed at one side below the solution storage tank to give ultrasonic vibration to the metal ion electrolyte; and a laser module for irradiating a laser beam to an upper surface of the glass fixed by the jig fixing arm and the glass fixing jig to process the shape from a lower portion to an upper portion of the glass through the reaction with the metal ion electrolyte.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
