The present invention has a purpose of providing a system to provide digital information display (DID) target marketing content using a human detection technique to provide content which is suitable for a corresponding user by actively recognizing characteristics of the user. For this, the system to provide a DID target marketing content using a human detection technique according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a content database to store content to be provided to a user; a photographing device to photograph the user; a display unit to display content stored in the content database and an image photographed by the photograph device; and a control unit to extract characteristic information of the user from the image photographed by the photograph device and to control the display unit to display content corresponding to the extracted characteristic information. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect capable of increasing the satisfaction of a user, who uses the DID system, by actively recognizing the characteristic of the user and by actively providing content which is suitable for the corresponding the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
