ACCIDENT RECOVERY METHOD BY DATA STANDARDIZATION PROCESSOR AND REAL-TIME CONTROL ANALYZER, AND ACCIDENT RECOVERY APPARATUS

Provided are an accident recovery method and an accident recovery apparatus using a data standardization processor and a real-time control analyzer. The accident recovery apparatus includes: a data acquirement unit for acquiring data with respect to an operating variable of a nuclear plant; a data standardization process unit for standardizing the data with respect to the operating variable and generating a standardized signal; a data process unit for generating data with respect to a leak-rate by quantifying the standardized signal, and modeling an operator corrective measure for recovering from an accident based on data stored in a database and the data with respect to the leak-rate; and a real-time control analysis unit for analyzing a selected scenario among scenarios for each accident based on transient behavior quantified with respect to the operating variable and the data with respect to the leak-rate so as to predict a core damage occurrence time, verify validity of the operator corrective measure corresponding to the selected scenario, and derive an optimized corrective measure in real-time.
