The present invention relates to a bioactive nanocomposite calcium phosphate bone cement composition and a kit for preparing the same. The bioactive nanocomposite calcium phosphate bone cement composition contains mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles, thereby capable of increasing the surface area and physical strength of the calcium phosphate bone cement, enabling the deposition and transfer of proteins, and moreover, increasing the degradability of the composition after an in-vivo transplant. Therefore, the bioactive nanocomposite calcium phosphate bone cement composition can effectively and safely promote the rate of bone regeneration in a target area, and be advantageously used as a bone filler or a bone substitute.
