The present invention relates to a lithium-sulfur secondary battery including a porous carbon-sulfur composite and a multi-play separation membrane, a manufacturing method therefor, and use therefor and, more particularly, to including the steps of: manufacturing a porous carbon-sulfur composite by mixing porous carbon into a sulfur solution; manufacturing a positive electrode plate using the porous carbon-sulfur composite as a cathode active material; and forming a multi-layer separation membrane between the positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate in an electrolyte. The present invention can achieve high electrochemical capacity by applying the porous carbon-sulfur composite obtained by supporting sulfur in porous carbon, as a cathode active material, to the lithium-sulfur secondary battery, and can suppress a phenomenon, in which a polysulfide is precipitated on a surface of a positive electrode or a negative electrode, using the multi-layer separation membrane, thereby improving charging/discharging efficiency.
