The present invention relates to a method for removing residual oil within a sunken ship and refloating a hull and, more specifically, relates to a technology to conveniently refloat a ship by extracting and removing a residual liquid such as residual oil, residual ballast water, residual clear water, or the like remaining within a sunken ship by injecting compressed air, steam, or the like through a time and cost effective, simple and easy method, and by refloating a hull by utilizing the injected compressed air or steam.
