The present invention relates to a device for measuring a quantitative opening amount of a joint part of a sewer pipe line, which improves investment quality and maintenance quality of a sewer pipe line, and a method for measuring and determining an opening amount of a joint part of a sewer pipe line using the same. More specifically, the device for measuring a quantitative opening amount of a joint part of a sewer pipe line, comprises: a predetermined number of wheels installed on a lower part of a body; a front light installed at the front of the body; a front camera installed at the front of the body; a rear light installed at the rear of the body; a rear camera installed at the rear of the body; a power supply line installed at the rear of the body; a vertical arm which comes in contact with the rear of the body in a vertical direction to be installed thereon; an elastic hinge installed on a bottom end part of the vertical arm; a horizontal ruler with a predetermined length, which is in contact with the elastic hinge to be installed in a rear horizontal direction; an anti-scratch wheel which comes in contact with a lower part of a rear end part of the vertical ruler to be installed thereon. In addition, the method for measuring and determining an opening amount of a joint part of a sewer pipe line using the device for measuring a quantitative opening amount of a joint part of a sewer pipe line, comprises: a process of moving the inside of the sewer pipe line forward; a process of inspecting the inside of the sewer pipe line by a closed-circuit television; a process of measuring opening values of front and rear parts of the joint part of the sewer pipe line; a process of calculating an opening amount through calculation of a difference between the opening values of front and rear parts of the joint part of the sewer pipe line; a process of determining the degree of the opening amount of the joint part of the sewer pipe line according to an opening amount graph; and a process of completing measurement and determination of the opening amount of the joint part of the sewer pipe line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
