The present invention relates to a panel assembly installed on walls of a building, capable of enabling convenient work, the improvement of beauty after finishing, and convenient maintenance by a bracket and a panel by emerging from a wall finishing method using an existing piece or adhesive. The present invention comprises: a bracket installed in a structure of a building; and a panel installed in the bracket to finish walls of the building. The bracket comprises: an installation part for installation in the structure; an equipping part for the equipping of the panel; and a connection part connecting the installation part with the equipping part.
