ASSISTANT SYSTEM FOR DEVELOPING CREATIVE CAREER COMPETENCES

The present invention relates to an assistant system for developing creative career competence and, more specifically, to an assistant system for developing creative career competence, which enables a user who needs to be assisted on a carrier to select the career suit to the user by being assisted by various applicant groups and to continuously introspecting oneself during career search, selection, determination, specialization, and change processes, thereby enabling the user to be continuously assisted on various careers after entering a society as well as entering an advanced school. To achieve the purpose, the assistant system includes: a server; the user connecting to the server via a communications network; the applicant group assisting the career determination of the user by connecting to the server via the communications network. The server provides a career assisting service assisting the career determination for the user. The career assisting service is formed by: a desired career survey step of storing a desired career of the user in the server; a self understanding step of assisting the user to understand the user him/herself; and a step of studying examples and planning the career to assist the user to plan the career.
