HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET FOR HOT PRESS FORMING HAVING LOW DEVIATION OF MECHANICAL PROPERTY AND EXCELLENT FORMABILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE, HOT PRESSED PART USING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
Disclosed are a hot-rolled steel plate for hot press molding which has low material deviations as well as excellent corrosion resistance and pipe construction properties, a hot press molded article using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hot-rolled steel plate includes: 0.2-0.3 wt% of C; 1.2-1.8 wt% of Mn; 0.01-0.5 wt% of Si; 0.015 or less wt% of P; 0.004 or less wt% of S; 0.001-0.05 wt% of Al; 0.006-0.02 wt% of N; 0.0001-0.005 wt% of B; 0.1 or less wt% of Cr; 0.05 or less wt% of Mo; 0.06-1 wt% of one or more elements selected from a group comprising Cu and Ni; 0.025-0.09 wt% of one or more elements selected from a group comprising Ti and Nb; residual Fe; and other inevitable impurities. The content of N, B, Ti, and Nb satisfies the relational formula 1: [] In the relational formula, parentheses represent a value obtained by dividing each element in wt% by the atomic weight of the corresponding element.
