The present invention relates to attachment of horseradish peroxidase by electrodepositing reduced graphene oxide and gold nano-particles to an indium oxide tin electrode, and includes a method for manufacturing an economical hydrogen peroxide detection biosensor. According to the present invention, direct electron transmission of HRP for detecting H_2O_2 by using an ITO reformed electrode obtained by electrodepositing a composite of graphene oxide and gold nano-particles by chronoamperometry, it is possible to manufacture a renewable hydrogen peroxide detection sensor with high sensitivity, and it is possible to detect hydrogen peroxide at high yield by using the hydrogen peroxide detection sensor.
