Disclosed are: a simulator manager for analyzing the posture of a simulator user; and a method therefor. The simulator manager according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an input unit for acquiring environment information and image information for a simulator and a user; a control unit for analyzing the information acquired from the input unit to recognize the position and posture of the user and creating control information including coaching information for correcting the posture of the user according to the recognized position and posture; and an output unit for providing analysis information and control information generated through the control unit.
