Disclosed are a manufacturing method of a 3D microreactor for a fluid flow type PCR, and a microfluidic system comprising the 3D microreactor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of 3D microreactor comprises the following steps of: arranging a mold having a predetermined shape and size; winding a tube on the exterior of the mold; and removing the mold. The manufacturing method of the present invention can manufacture a 3D microreactor through a simple process without requiring a lithography, or a photo lithography process which is complex and takes a lot of time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
