According to the present invention, a microbial agent comprises at least one among bio-floc 1 and bio-floc 2, and is injected into breeding water in a crustacean farm. Accordingly, the microbial agent increases a microorganism which is beneficial for a crustacean and reduces a harmful microorganism. thereby allowing crustacean domination. According to the present invention, the crustacean domination improves the water quality of the crustacean farm, enhances the immunity of a crustacean, and thus can reduce the mortality of a crustacean caused by infection with white spot syndrome virus and harmful bacteria. Therefore, according to the present invention, an enhancement method of the productivity of a crustacean allows the double cropping of a crustacean in one year in Korea, and thus can increase the productivity of a crustacean.
