The present invention relates to a debris barrier with enhanced controlling of flooding and debris flowing by remodeling. The debris barrier with enhanced controlling of the flooding and debris flowing by remodeling comprises: a middle panel (51) which has a drain passage (51a) which is a concrete structure disposed on a left and a right of a middle portion thereof and an ecology passage (51b) disposed on a lower end of the middle portion thereof, blocking soil and rocks; a left and a right edge panel (52); and a gutter (53) consisting of a bottom surface mounted on the left and the right edge panel (52). The debris barrier with enhanced controlling of the flooding and debris flowing by remodeling further comprises: a barrier shoulder (60) additionally extended by performing masonry work on an upper surface of the left and the right edge panel (52); a downstream face (60) attached and finished on a middle portion of a front surface of the left and the right edge panel (52) by masonry work; a plurality of driftwood blocking means (70) installed in an upper tailrace of the middle panel (51); a shoulder attaching revetment (70) extended on a left end and a right end of the left and the right edge panel (52) to reinforce a shoulder of the barrier; backfill concrete (80) attached and installed in an entire downstream face of the middle panel (51) and the left and the right edge panel (52) to reinforce a main body of the barrier; and an additional reinforcing unit (90) attached and installed in the entire surface of the backfill concrete (80) by masonry work. In a decrepit debris barrier, controlling the flooding and debris flowing of the debris barrier is reinforced by an improvement of a partial structure such as a slit attachment without tearing down and reconstructing an existing structure; and construction costs are greatly reduced to provide excellent economic efficiency, the structure simple to facilitate construction, and a surrounding landscape well matched to provide good landscape.
