The present invention relates to an induction method for preventing school violence and a school violence prevention system using software in accordance with the method thereof. The induction method for preventing the school violence using a school violence simulator including at least a processer includes: reading an action mission and multiple corresponding actions which is a response to correspond to the action mission from school violence scenario data stored in a memory and providing the same to a user; receiving input of action mission selection of a user and one impression selection showing psychological impression of the user on the selection; extracting a psychological state of the user from the inputted impression selection; and providing a next action mission to the user based on the extracted psychological state and the inputted corresponding action selection. The next action mission is determined to have a stimulation value relatively lower than the stimulation value applied to the action mission provided in advance, so the method induces the reduction of a negative stimulation on the psychological state of the user.
