Provided is a problem solving system implemented in a computer environment, which is a behavioral-scientific problem solving system using embodied cognition comprising: a problem identification module which extracts a target embodied cognition required for solving a posed problem; a development module which derives a plurality of candidate treatments for invoking the extracted target embodied cognition, and derives a proper treatment material or treatment method from the candidate treatments; and an assessment module which obtains an effect verification result on the treatment material or treatment method developed by the development module, and stores or reflects the obtained effect verification result in the problem solving system. According to the present invention, companies can substantially understand new customers and sales can be increased.
