Provided is a non-isolated dynamic voltage regulator using a soft-switching bidirectional DC-DC converter. The non-isolated dynamic voltage regulator according to the embodiment of the present invention uses the soft-switching bidirectional DC-DC converter connected to an energy storage source. Thereby, the problem of the switching power loss of the bidirectional DC-DC converter can be solved so that power conversion efficiency can be improved. So, the safety of the non-isolated dynamic voltage regulator of a parallel compensation type can be improved and the performance thereof can be improved.
