METHOD FOR PREPARING CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITE AND CONDUCTIVE POLYMER COMPOSITE PREPARED THEREFROM

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a conductive polymer composite and a conductive polymer composite manufactured thereby. The method includes the steps of: (A) mixing a conductive filler and isopropyl alcohol and processing the mixture with ultrasonic waves; (B) adding dimethyl silicone oil (MEP) to the mixed mixture, mixing the mixture and the dimethyl silicone oil (MEP), and processing the mixture with ultrasonic waves; (C) adding polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) having medium viscosity to the mixture to which the dimethyl silicone oil (MEP) is added, and processing the mixture with ultrasonic waves; (D) evaporating a solvent of the mixture processed with ultrasonic waves, adding polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) containing a metallic compound to the mixture of which the solvent is evaporated, and then mixing the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and the mixture; and (E) forming the mixture mixed in the step (D). Accordingly, through the method, a conductive polymer composite having excellent conductivity, elasticity, and biocompatibility may be manufactured.
