MOVING CIVIL ADMINISTRATION SERVICE SYSTEM, CIVIL ADMINISTRATION SERVICE METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR SAME

摘要

A moving civil administration service system can comprise: a communication device to provide a coded communication interface by being arranged in a moving vehicle; and a terminal device to transmit a civil complaint processing request to a control center by communicating with the control center through the communication interface and to receive a processing result regarding the civil complaint processing request from the control center. The accessibility, mobility, and efficiency can be improved since the terminal device is included in the moving vehicle and a civil administration service can be provided by directly visiting a civil petitioner. Moreover, the hermeticity and safety regarding sensitive information such as the identities of the civil petitioner can be maintained since the communication between the moving civil administration service system and the control center passes through encryption of three-steps of a mobile communication encryption section, a virtual private network (VPN) tunnel encryption section, and an end-to-end encryption section.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
