The present invention relates to a safety management system for a construction industry field using a beacon, which identifies absenteeism and tardiness and business states through a remote management server by wirelessly detecting the locations of workers in a field. The safety management system comprises: a beacon attached at a certain position of a safety helmet to drive a sensor so as to wirelessly transmit the ID code and employment status of a worker in a specific frequency; a field manager smartphone reading the ID code and the employment status wirelessly received from the beacon, and match prestored location information with the read ID code and the employment status to combine into employment status information; a management server receiving the employment status information of the worker transmitted from the field manager smartphone, extracting data required by a safety manager, and executing the application of the safety manager; a database server storing and extracting the employment status information transmitted from the management server; and an entrance and exit gate having at least one entrance and exit management terminal reading the ID code wirelessly received from the beacon attached to the safety helmet on the entrance of the field. According to the present invention, the safety management system for a construction industry field using a beacon does not basically require the installation of a relay and a concentrator between the management server and the beacon to reduce system component as compared to the related art, thus reducing difficulties in securing reliability as compared to the related art.
